At AutoSeek Inc. ("AutoSeek," "we," "our," or "us"), protecting your privacy is a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, mobile apps, and vehicle rental platform (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

• Create an account or make a booking;
• Submit a driver's license or rental application;

  • Vehicle location, speed, mileage, acceleration, braking, engine status, and error codes;
  • Driving behavior patterns (e.g., harsh braking, rapid acceleration, nighttime driving).

c. Information from Third Parties

We may receive data from:

• Authorized insurance brokers or partners;
• Payment processors and fraud-prevention vendors;
• Public/government sources (e.g., driving record verification).

d. SMS Communications and Consent

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from AutoSeek, we may collect your mobile number, SMS consent status, consent timestamp, opt-in source, message delivery status, and message interaction data.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from AutoSeek Inc. related to your account, bookings, vehicle pickup and return coordination, payment reminders, rental status updates, safety alerts, fraud prevention, roadside or rental support, and customer service communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from us. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting us at support@autoseek.us. You may resubscribe by replying START or by opting in again through our Services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AutoSeek will only send marketing or promotional SMS messages if you separately opt in to receive such messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Verify driver identity and eligibility;
• Process bookings, payments, and insurance coverage;
• Provide customer support and communication;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse;
• Comply with regulatory and legal requirements;
• Improve and personalize user experience.

AI Safety™ & Driving Behavior Analytics

We analyze OBD and telematics data to enhance safety and reward responsible driving:

• Good Drivers Receive Rewards: AutoSeek may provide periodic bonuses, discounts, or loyalty credits to drivers who demonstrate safe driving behavior.
• No Penalty Policy: Poor driving behavior will not result in score deductions or additional charges, but may influence personalized recommendations and insurance risk analysis.
• Anonymous Data Use: Aggregated, anonymized driving data may be used to train our AI models (e.g., AICO™ driving score system) to improve risk prediction and insurance fairness.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only:

• With service providers (e.g., insurers, payment processors, repair/towing vendors);
• With regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law;
• In corporate transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions);
• With your consent or as disclosed at the point of collection.

SMS and Mobile Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or text-message-related data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile information with SMS platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and service providers solely as necessary to deliver text messages, operate the Services, provide customer support, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect the rights and safety of AutoSeek, our users, or others. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide our messaging service or as required by law.

We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to:

• Enable core platform functionality;
